Front staff is very rude, and does not care about the patient. Will stop medications in which you have been taking with no reason. Found better care from a nurse practitioner than him.
Dr. Williams is serious about his patient’s health. He listens to my concerns and takes appropriate actions including ordering further tests, etc.
Great doctor
I was a patient that was given to Dr Williams after my doctor was no longer there. I had to remind him who I was six times, he prescribed several medications without telling me why or what the medications would do. I told him that I am neurodivergent and have learning disabilities and he got visibly annoyed when I asked questions. I told him that I was self-medicating because I was in pain and he told me that I wasn't in pain because I took drugs. In the same visit I asked for help giving off those drugs and he said there was nothing he could do and didn't even give me a referral to a mental health specialist. He would also tie every single complaint to my weight come to find out after seeing a better doctor that my weight is a a symptom of an underlying condition that he couldn't figure out. I had to go in with my able-bodied assigned male at birth spouse to even get a referral to look at carpal tunnel which I was suffering from along with tennis elbow. So, if you are neurodivergent, overweight, assigned female at birth, or have any ailment that cannot be cured with a basic prescription or exercise I recommend you go elsewhere. Honestly he spent more time that I was paying for talking about himself his life and Marathon running then he did caring for what was happening with my body. It's fine to be proud of running marathons but please do it on your own dime.
Our family has been with him for about 10 years. He and his staff are great!! Love him!
Most recently, Dr. Charles Williams had me schedule a follow up appointment after an MRI. He starts off by believing I am another family member of mine who is 15 years my junior, brings up things that she did. Hmm, next he questions why I am there. He then looks at the MRI notes and offers zero information, guidance, does not answer questions, despite there being several things mentioned in the MRI report that I later saw online on mychart. He did not even tell me of the diagnosis. This is a good visit with him since previously he failed to diagnosis another ailment that ended up with me in emergency surgery at another hospital, he had also failed to inform me when I was jaundiced. Suffice it to say I do not recommend this doctor, and to top that off you will be waiting in the waiting area and the second waiting area, then the room for a minimum of an hour after your scheduled appointment time despite being twenty minutes early.
Refuses to treat health issues. Wanted to wait and see what happened after I’d had several gall bladder attacks and wouldn’t refer me to a surgeon to get it removed. I had to find my own surgeon, who immediately decided it needed to come out. Has told my brothers (who have a family history of deaths related to high blood pressure) to wait and see what happens with both of their dangerously high blood pressures instead of just prescribing the medication that could help them prevent heart damage.
Dr. Williams has always been very thorough with both my husband and myself with any of our health issues. He always get back to us right away with any messages we leave for him. He is compassionate and caring & I would definitely recommend him to family and friends, as a matter of fact I already have and both of them are also very happy with him.
Dr. Williams is one of the best. He is funny and easy to talk to. He really pays attention to your concerns. I referred my mom there and she loves him too.
Dr. Williams is up front with you he treats you like family I really love going there.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
