I went because I tore my calf muscle playing softball. I had went to the ER the day of it happening . I was referred to this Dr to follow up with. It was extremely busy, but I had an appointment. I finally got in a room and the Dr and nurse were in and out of my room several times. He assessed and confirmed it was torn but didn’t listen to my extreme pain when he was touching my leg. He didn’t even ask my range of motion . Instead he just sent the nurse in with a boot that she tightened directly on my calf making me almost jump off the chair with my good leg. After telling her was hurting , she just told me I would have to step into . At this point I wasn’t able to put my heal to the ground and then they expected the boot to magically fix it. I have a high pain tolerance and I was in tears when I was checking out at the window, so I bent down and started ripping that boot off. The Dr saw me doing that and asked if I needed a wheel chair to get back to my car. I left angry.

Very nice staff. Very little waiting and the staff and Dr listed to all my concerns and let me know what the next steps are going to be!

Dr.Jerman is a very pleasant man, he listened to my concerns and immediately responded with a plan of action. I’m so glad I was referred by my physician. It means a lot to know you have a Dr who cares and wants to get you back to where you should be, “pain free” and able to function on a daily basis.
