The front desk person was very kind. He said he was covering the desk due to the receptionist being sick. The provider was not friendly. She acted as if she was “put out” by having to see my husband. She never introduced herself. She did not check my husbands oxygen level nor take his temp. My husband had a horrible cough for over a month and that’s what brought us to seek treatment and a diagnosis. I’m assuming the provider had come from another facility since she was wearing an OSF jacket. It’s a great service to have in Attica but unless the providers can be courteous and professional then they should seek other providers willing to serve the community. I certainly don’t like giving a two star review but the experience was disappointing for my husband and myself. I work in healthcare so I am well aware of what a good experience should entail when seeking treatment.

Had so much trouble getting my daughter in anywhere, until I called here! Super fast, and easy. Love the online check in option as well. ❤️

Everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the nurse practitioner was amazing. The nurses especially were very kind and caring and supported me emotionally through my struggles with severe anxiety /panic attacks about examinations. Welcoming and warm environment! Seriously, the best experience I have ever had at a clinic. I appreciated them all very much. Above and beyond service which is hard to find most places.

This was our second time trying Fast Pace. We had the same physician both times and had to go elsewhere after to get seen because the diagnosis was not correct. The physician acts like she does not care and was very short with us both times. My son even asked to go somewhere else.

Awesome place!! Actually listen to the patient and the problem (not assume they already know what the problem is) Other places seem so rude and in a hurry to get through you to get to the next patient. This is just what the town needed. Thank you guys for the excellent care!!

I am not one to leave a review but this was the second time we had issues and had to get a second opinion. The physician acts like she does not care. The nurse and staff at the front desk was very friendly and compassionate. It would feel nice to feel like a person and not just a number in a small home town office. It is sad when even my child that was seen feels the same way and doesn’t want to go back.

Definitely a 5-star experience for us! They got my daughter in super quick, and did a thorough/quick exam of her. Everyone was also super friendly!
