I'm so blessed & thankful to have Dr. Gibson as my pcp. I'm in my mid 40s & have seen TONS of Dr's. The majority I've experienced make u wait forever when ur on time, then wait even more once ur back in a room. Once they do come in they're in a hurry, don't make eye contact, wonder if they are listening & in a hurry. Dr. Gibson is ONE of a kind! I've been seeing her for 5 plus yrs now. I've NEVER waited over 10- 15 once checked in & the same once in the back. She ALWAYS gives me her undividedATTENTION. Answers all my questions, takes her time & makes sure all concerns are addressed! The staff is super friendly, smiling & goes above & beyond their job titles. I recommend Dr. Aleaha Gibson to EVERYONE. This is the 1st time I've gone outta my way to speak on behalf of ANY physician so switch ur pcp to Dr. Gibson as fast as u can!!

Dr Gibson delayed signing the death certificate for my father. He passed on Thursday evening and the death certificate was not signed by Tuesday at 8 am so I didn’t have it in time to finalize his estate when I travelled to Merrillville for the funeral on Tuesday. Loving Hearts Hospice was awesome but I would recommend replacing Dr Gibson as the Hospice physician. She is well paid for her Hospice ...

The office staff are rude and don’t seem to care. They don’t have any sense of urgency. It is very difficult to get anyone to answer emails with questions or concerns. It take days and days to find out test results. Again, no sense of urgency, concern or care.

The staff in the office are confrontational and so is the NP. I’ve never been treated this way by any professional if u can call these people professional!!!!

Dr. Gibson is a breath of fresh air, just when I had lost hope of finding a doctor that truly cares, I by chance found her. She is everything anyone could want in a Dr., she spends time with you, gets to know you as a person, and takes time to understand what you are going through. She is willing to help without bias and won't just throw meds at you.
