Jack Freidel's Online Review Report Card

I am very upset with this doctor, terrible doctor,stay away!I feel she needs to be reported to the medical board.

Dr. Patricia Freidel was my grandmother’s doctor last week after she had been released from the hospital. The hospital gave us no information and we had so many questions. She took her time and listened to us and got every question answered and explained. She went back years in her notes to and got us on the right track. Highly Recommend!

I have been going to Dr Freidel for over 10 years, I think he is a wonderful caring Dr. Although I don't go to get any kind of medication a mild blood pressure and water pill, I have always told him, life is life if I need a pill to help with that something is wrong, A dr is only has good as the patient telling him about yourself, you know your body and your input is so important, I confided in him so much over the years, I recommend him highly

Takes no consideration on your schedule & getting refills for your meds!!! Rude Dr & Rude staff!!! Makes you feel like a drug addict just to get the medication he’s prescribed refilled!! Doesn’t take me serious when I tell about my worrisome symptoms & mental health !! AVOID

Terrible terrible terrible physician does not care anything about his patients it's the obvious, will bring you right in get you hooked on the wonderful suboxone and then have to jump through hoops to get them every month and to keep them, litterally when you can't get your prescription filled on time due to prescription not in the right order to their satisfaction they won't fill them I went so many times without my medication which makes you very I'll coming off of it then in 6 months had one back step and your out no ifs ands or what about or ifs. Smh it's bad when a Dr takes on patients especially for that illness and seems to hate their job and treats the patients so poorly it's not funny. I guess some people I feel like will get them self in that position sumtimes just to do as Ive experienced and heard from others as well in the same position as myself.

This doctor dismissed me after one time in two years . He should not being able to give suboxone out . He does not believe addiction is a disease do not go here if your addiction is servere. You do not want to put your life in his hands. Cassidy

I have been going to this facility for a long time. Never not passed a drug test, never didn't turn in counseling form, never missed an appt. Whenever he canceled on me, not a problem. Whenever they forgot to send prescription in, not a problem. I did something to my back and need to wait on someone to drive me to dr. today, so I called and explained the situation and Brandy says I'm just gonna tell you there are openings. I said no, no just to move it out later so my husband can bring me. She said, "I said there are no openings." I said I could wait till next week if he could call me in a weeks supply. She said no he won't. Well when he canceled on me he sure did. What is wrong with people. Last time I went, he peaked his head in the door handed me my script and that was it. Your telling me he can't do that 2 hours later than my current appt time? Okay?? Well, I hope when BRANDY needs mercy on her, she'll get what she gives. People are terrible.

Dr Freidel and his staff are so great! They are easy going,easy to talk to and they talk to you as a person. I love him

Very intelligent man. He is very nice and loves his job.
