As a patient at Athletico I was very pleased with Lucas Surface as my Physical Therapist. He was professional as well as a gentleman, but also very down to earth and understanding with my needs and therapy. I had a total knee replacement on Sept 12, 2022, I started my visits with Lucas Sept, 16.and finished Nov 25. 10 weeks of exercises and guidance with my therapy to go from walker, to cane…to independent walking and mobility. He was very understanding and helpful to my husband as well, guiding him in what I needed to do at home as well. Lucas was highly recommended by friends & neighbors, and a dear friend who is a Physical Therapist as well. I would tell anyone to trust him, I did…and I am 150% satisfied with what he did for me. My husband & I are very thankful for Lucas. He coordinated with my surgeon post- operatively, and did a remarkable job. For Physical Therapy, Athletico is the way to go…and Lucas is to be highly recommended. Andrea Yablonowski, Plainfield,IN

Everyone is/was very friendly Sara has done an excellent job with helping with my ankle therapy and my tmj therapy. I am grateful for everyone that has helped me get my ankle back.!

Athletico in Avon is AMAZING!!! My daughter, Kenzie, has been coming here for over 3 months after injuring her ACL. She is ahead of schedule to get back on the basketball court!!! And that is a BIG thanks to Tess and Hannah for their hard work with Kenz! The support staff has been amazing also!!! Thank you Athletico for your love and support!!!!! ❤️

I was sent here after a work related injury and after I had surgery I requested to return to Athletico. I was so afraid to start after the surgery but luckily Dan is my therapist and I was put at ease almost immediately. I have complete trust in my therapist and Athletico . Update: this place is amazing for physical therapy But, if you need work conditioning and they tell you workers comp will pay you while you are there fir 4 hours a day because it is considered working hours, do not believe it. My workers comp is acting like they have never heard of such a thing and I should've scheduled my 4 hours a day after work.
