Since day 1 of seeing Dr.Harvey, he has been so kind, compassionate and he genuinely cares. He has done so much for me to help me get on the right track. I will always recommend him to anyone who needs a great Neurologist

Dr. Harvey was Great! He explained things to me that others had not. He was very easy to understand and had humor-good bedside manor as my Mom use to say😜. I enjoyed my visit and he made me feel at ease. Jennifer his nurse was very sweet!

Seems most negative reviews have to do with office staff in Bloomington. I can’t say enough good about Dr. Harvey & the neurology personnel at IU Avon. He takes time with me, and listens to all concerns fully. Changes to treatment are made together. After being misdiagnosed for 30 years, I couldn’t be happier to have an epilepsy specialist that understands.

This was supposed to be my first visit and no one from this office told me what suite they were located. Also the front registration had no idea where I was supposed to go along with no idea why I was there. Someone also put my appointment time at 1:30 and it was actually 1:15. I’m on crutches and this Dr still wouldn’t see me. Wanted to reschedule me for another month out after I’ve waited 3 months. This Dr and office is a joke!!!!

He diagnosed me with something before even testing me. He was convinced he was right, and pretty much wrote me off because he is going to practice in Avon in April. I took the actual test, and the Neurologist who performed the test said Dr. Harvey's diagnosis was incorrect. Dr. Harvey's office doesn't even have the decency to call me about the test, and tell me what to do next. I feel so intimidated by him that I am too afraid to call. I guess I will just find a new Neurologist .

David Harvey doesn't take rejection well. He put me on a medication that made me extremely depressed and chose to keep me on it after telling him that it made me feel horrible. I told him I was done with him and he turned me into the BVM so my driving licence will be suspended. I do not reccomend him and I'm glad he's leaving the office.
