Dr. Haak is my mother’s doctor and has been mine since I was born, she delivered me. I am now in my mid-twenties and married. I hope to work with her when I plan to have kids. I am so thankful for this trustworthy physician who cares about my heart & my mind’s wellness just as much as she does my physical wellness.
I switched to Dr. Haak after I no longer needed the OB part of gynecology. Although I absolutely loved Dr. Fenoughty, it was much easier to get an appointment with Dr. Haak (due to the aforementioned no OB need). She's awesome! She can relate to me as a 50+ female & is extremely easy to talk to...even about uncomfortable issues. I love her!!
Dr. Haak is an amazing doctor. She has been my primary gynecologist since I was a teenager. Although she didn't deliver all 3 of my kids, she was a part of each pregnancy. She is super compassionate and really good at listening. We've all had doctors who stand at the door while you talk to them (with their hand on the knob)...she is not one of them. She is personable and makes you feel like you are her only patient.
The front office and billing is terrible. I had a miscarriage and the front office girl complained, groaned, etc about getting me for a same-day appointment. When my miscarriage D&C was screwed up and I was in pain days later, the front office told me on the phone that I just had the stomach flu and to go to the ER. I had leftover products of conception that were missed in the D&C. All the surgery I have had to have there all resulted in huge bills, and BCBS said I shouldn't have to pay any of it and it was all coded wrong for billing. Terrible. Left their office but still getting bills BCBS says not to pay.
The doc missed placenta on a D&C after my miscarriage. The front office is very unfriendly on the phone. They always seem so inconvenienced by calls.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
