I was referred to Dr Murtaugh after developing heart issues due to a chemotherapy drug I was receiving. He took all of my health issues into account and was thorough in deciding what action to take. He was patient, thorough, explained everything, offered options, and made a referral when a different issue developed. I trust him to have my best interests at heart and have no hesitation relying on him to give me the best care possible.

Dr. Murtaugh is very caring and really listens to what I have to say. He makes thoughtful decisions about treatment and considers my other health issues and how they relate to my heart problems. He treats both my father and myself and I would recommend him to everybody I know.

His bedside manner is none. He visited my husband in hospital about 1 week before he passed away. We knew my husbands condition previously, but Murtaugh wanted him to admit Congestive Heart Failure, and A-Fib, and lung Cancer, stomach cancer, throat, kidney spots, and then he said, what do you want me to do for you My husband wanted his heart pain treated. But Murtaugh gave him nothing since my husband wouldn't agree to chemo and radiation. What about the patients decision?
