I have been two times now to visit Dr. Austin. He is helping me with my COVID concerns as well as my General health , High BP, Cholesterol . He listens and is not a pusher

I’d give them a zero if I could. I took my 2 year old in to be seen because of a croup cough. Asked about insurance to be told they no longer except his insurance. Then I asked how much the out of pocket cost would be since I was willing to pay. They told me they won’t see him still. After asking multiple times why they won’t take money out of my pocket to see my sick child the only thing they would inform me about was because they know he has insurance they won’t see him. Though they don’t take it. I thought this place was a URGENT CARE. But they only “care”about milking peoples insurance and don’t care about there public like they display with there name of the building. They need to change there name if they aren’t willing to let someone pay out of pocket. The place was a joke. And the receptionist was rude.

Great! It is awesome to have a doctor on my son's case who knows about medicinal mushrooms and alternative medicine options. Thanks Dr. Austin for teaching us how to be more proactive with my son's liver disorder. And it has been awesome to see so many eczema cases clear up with your medicinal mushrooms in our clinic.

Went in for prolonged cough. Dr. Austin was helpful and listened and asked questions. He paid attention to my chronic issues and provided additional measure to deal deal with them. Very impressed.

Went to urgent care walk in clinic with cold/flu symptoms.was examined and was given 2 injections and a prescription for anti bio.they would not tell me how much visit would be and demand a c.card.they charged my ins.over 600.00 my out of pocket was 290.00 for a 30 min. visit. ripp-off!!!

Dr Austin is really helping me deal with the symptoms of multiple sclerosis. He has helped me to reduce spasticity dramatically, and increase alertness and a general feeling of wellness.
