Took my daughter found out she had an ear infection. They was supposed to call in a prescription for her. Went to the pharmacy the next morning to pick up said prescription and it wasn’t there. Tried to call the clinic no one answered the phone. Went to the clinic and they was closed due to staff emergency. Did the whole staff have a family emergency ? They should have had someone at least answering the phones or directions on how to talk to someone. I had to figure out how to get the prescription that my child needed. Called a different clinic that was in a different city about an hour away.
