Dr. Charles Phan is friendly and approachable. I feel comfortable with his chair side manners. He checked my liver very well and I will continue seeing him. I highly recommend him. For more than a year I did not find the staff rude. I did not hear any of the staff being rude to a patient. The doctor was very professional and in a good mood at every visit. As having to wait, we wait at every doctor's visit. We have to remember every patient has different needs.Priscilla Reyes

Worst office ever, they're very aggressive, arrogant, rude, disrespectful, and always mad, always talk with an attitude, no compassion for others. I was treated unfairly and like a criminal. Feel sorry for staffs and patients here...
