My daughter has been seen there once in the last 4 months because everytime they get close to the appointment date they call and reschedule out for another month or 2. So if you need medication that your child actually needs for mental health this is not the place for them to be seen. Unless you can wait months at a time for both the nurse practitioner or a counselor.
I find the Linton center way more appealing than the Bloomfield center. To start, I have one appointment every 5 weeks. I have made multiple calls to the front office (well within the open times) and got no call back. I have requested a transfer and I'm waiting 3 weeks ongoing. They do not take their job seriously and they look at people as money. (Edit) It has been 8, almost 9 weeks since my last session. I have called, once again, to the office, and got absolutely nothing back. They never pick up, they never recall you, they never worry or care. Its been 8 weeks, things are not the best and I kind of want to change offices to someone who really cares.
I just read a review stating that this place was a joke, but it's beyond the opposite of one. Kind, friendly, caring, compassionate, life saving people right as soon as you walk into the building💞...... unless of course u run into staff in the parkinglot..😮😂
Biggest Joke Around. They are therapists that push people who need therapy to the point. Walked in, scheduled 2 appts. that they cancelled. Decided to make another appt. they closed file so have to walk in again before appt. can be scheduled. BRAVO!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
