Centerstone's Online Review Report Card

I began seeking Mental Health care from center stone after one of my orthopedic doctors stated my anxiety may be influencing my leg injury. Therefore I attempted to gain mental healthcare to identify how my anxiety actually influenced my physical injury.It took me 8 weeks to be seen by anyone at Center Stone. Then after my intake I was assigned to a therapist named Leslie who would not listen to me about my anxiety or physical injury. Rather Leslie ran through a list of diagnostic questions in an attempt to see if I had bipolar disorder schizophrenia an eating disorder body dismorphia and many other disorders found in the DSM5. Even though I initially told Leslie I experienced social anxiety and was not seeking a diagnoses rather treatment for my anxiety. Eventually my meetings with Leslie felt hostile and I asked to be switched to another Therapist.I requested a therapist with a PhD but Center Stone has no therapists with this level of education so I was switched to a therapist named Karissa who had a masters in social work. Karissa and I got along and she helped me by listening and discussing my anxiety and physical injury. However at the end of our 4th monthly session Karissa abruptly told me she would no longer be working for Center stone and our 4th meeting would be our last. I was hurt by this but was not surprised since I have experienced other Indiana therapists leave me in the middle of our sessions.Center stone continuous to call me and attempt to schedule me with another therapist but as Karissa mentioned in our last session Doing the same thing and expecting different results is the definition of insanity. So rather than continuing trying to find mental health care through center stone and Indiana I am moving to another state with better and more accessible mental and physical healthcare.I am a Hoosier who is in need of mental and physical healthcare but I cannot heal in my home state. As Hoosiers we should not have to leave our homes to gain proper care for our mental and physical health Its OUTRAGEOUS

This is a joke of a business. All of the staff are very unprofessional and will sometimes take weeks to return a phone call. After 3 months of evaluations and tests they basically told me they could not do anything for me. It is all a scam to charge your insurance as much as they can because they reveal how useless they actually are. Please do not ignore the bad reviews theyre very much accurate for this business. If I could get 0 stars I would.
