I was Concerned about People coming in with No Masks. I had to tell the Nurse that someone was in the small waiting room Not Wearing one. I even offered him a mask but he told me he didnt need one. I told the Dr. When I went in the room to have my Virtual Visit and he seemed concerned and made a phone call after I told him. Other than that I love Clean Slate they really seem to care about every Patient. They are very understanding and I am so Blessed that We have CleanSlate in our town. I would definitely recommend CleanSlate to People needing their Care and The Whole staff is Great 😊❤

Dont let them lie to you about when youll get your meds. I sat outside in 5 degree weather for 3 hrs waiting on my meds and never got it.

These guys are fantastic Extremely wonderful friendly staff. James has always been on top of things from the business standpoint. Fast payment every month. I also feel this place plays a particular important role in saving some peoples lives in and around Bloomington. Extremely fortunate to have Clean Slate as a client.
