Simply average. I went there to get my eye exam done for contacts and glasses and they seemed pretty quick with regards to getting the tests done but they seemed to rush the exam. When I mentioned after my exam was over that I needed to think about the type of contact lens I would purchase they explained to me my options and I said I would get back with them. When I returned in less than a week, they tried to do a full exam with me. When I asked them why they're giving me another exam in less than a week the guy was uncertain or unable to really explain to me and instead just had me do a couple of exams. Exams I had already done the previous week. As far as I knew I was supposed to be there just simply for a fitting. When I finished they ended up billing my insurance company for both an exam and contracts. At this point, I'm not quite sure what I was charged nor am I sure what my insurance company was charged. It almost felt like they were milking my insurance to squeeze as much out of them as they possibly could.
