Dr. Dukes has been fabulous to work with. I have had a few chronic hip and shoulder issues over the last 4 years and PT didn’t help me long term. Dr Dukes patiently worked through these issues with me and gave me referrals to a divergent, excellent care team that is slowly but most deformity giving me the most relief and results I have had since issues began. She is thorough and genuinely listened to my concerns and offered a wonderful individualized care plan.

I am not one to write reviews but my experience with Dr. Heather Dukes deserves one. I visited Dr. Dukes in August of 2021 for back pain from a prior accident, seeking x rays and a diagnosis. Initially, Dr. Dukes was very friendly and we started to go over my prior medical history before we went over the x ray results. She asked me a question regarding the Covid-19 vaccine, which I have not received. When Dr. Dukes became aware of me being unvaccinated, she got up, opened the door, and stood in the hallway. Her friendly personality did a 180 and she began to bash me, saying "You're the reason why so many people are dying", "its all because of people like you", "I will not sign you up for in person therapy since you are unvaccinated" and much more. Keep in mind that we were both wearing n95 masks the entire time. After arguing through the doorway for a few minutes, she closed the door and sent in an assistant to reschedule the meeting via Zoom. I declined and made my out of the office. This was, by far, the least professional interaction I've had with anyone in my life. Would never recommend anyone to Dr. Heather Dukes or her office.

Her accessibility and quality of service have deteriorated over the years. She doesn't listen and shows little true concern for her patients needs. Her selection of prescriptions is laughable. I've recently had to rely on the walk in clinic and va to get satisfactory service. a one star is generous.
