Dr Strobel performed two surgeries, one for a pacemaker and the second was a heart ablation procedure for my AFib. Both were totally successful. He was totally up front about the risks and benefits and in my case the necessity before having the ablation procedure. His office staff are great and I couldn't have asked for better care than I received at IU Bloomington hospital.

I had a heart attack in 2014 ( broken heart) Dr. Strobel and his team wer wonderful!! He has kept me going!! And it is 2021. Prompt, and caring. Explaining all the way through testing and follow up. Thank him and his team!!

Very disappointed with the amount of surgery this dr does that my husband had to back a second time to redo the lead pacemaker wire, supposedly it was cause of his snoring.... U would like after the first time they should've been better prepared, we not sure he may not need a 3rd!!! If he does we headed elsewhere, not taking a chace the 3rd time!!!!

I felt very listened to during my appointment. He was attentive, understanding and you could tell he really wanted to get to the bottom of the problem. He gave me tips that no other cardiologist has given me before that seem to be very helpful in mitigating my condition.

I like Dr. Strobel. He was very professional but was able to listen to my concerns and fears. He answered all my questions and took time with me as a patient. I did have an issue with the appointment desk, as I tried to schedule an appointment for an issue they told me it would be almost 2 1/2 months to see him and if I had reoccurring symptoms to go to the walk in clinic or the emergency room.

he is an excellent physician and has a wonderful staff too. they all take the time needed to help each patient. he treats the patient as a whole unit not just one organ. he will work with the patient when there are difficulties and doesn't make you feel like your just a number. Susie, Carol,Brenda and Debbie are awesome too and they never seem frazzled like some offices do. highly recommend if you want a good office you see this office.
