Completely dismissed all of my symptoms. Claimed my seizures that I’ve had for 16 years weren’t real after seeing about 1 second of an episode. Left immediately afterward.

My wife, son, & I would give zero stars if we could. Our son, who has a severe PTSD to pain from a traumatic experience only months before, was thrown into a severe attack that lasted hours, after Dr. Kevin Moore reduced his severe knee dislocation without any sedation or letting us know he was going to do it without any medication. He was NOT the ED physician and nurse attending care team, who were well aware of our son's health history and handling wonderfully. Dr. Kevin Moore just walked in and did it to "save time by not having to call the Orthopaedic On-Call" . The attending ED physician and our attending RN were extremely upset with him, as were we. Dr. Kevin Moore just added to our son's PTSD and the attending Emergency Department physician had him escorted out of the room. Our nurse kept apologizing. We are also filing a formal complaint.

Worst possible care given by this emergency room doctor. This man is a joke and would be better served by delivering Papa John's pizzas. At least he would then serve a purpose.

Dr. Moore took time on a busy day to answer a distressed mother fellow Doctor, about her sons possible bite in a forest.We thought he was bitten by a snake, using technology he looked at his foot and was able to tell that it was not potentially fatal and he was correct. He was compassionate, kind, prompt and spot on with his recommendation. My son did not have to be lifted out of the forest or walk down the path and get hurt more when it was not necessary. He and his friends were camping. The next morning he was healthy no signs of poisoning. Concerned and grateful Mom Dr. Yakoub, Chicago Il. Swedish Hospital.
