I would definitely recommend this Dr..

Referred by my neurologist for sleep issues and sinus problems. Amazed at the explanations Dr. McBride gave me. He sat down and explained everything and answered all my questions. He laid out all possible options and then we chose the course I wanted. I feel very comfortabe with the decisions that were made.

Spent 3 years trying to get him to listen to my concerns about my daughters sinus issues, which he brushed off, even though my poor girl was having sinus infections MONTHLY for YEARS!!! Finally able to see a Dr. at Riley who really listened and ran scopes and did surgery to correct the issues!! Since then, she has not had any more sinus infections and it has been years!!!! While I am sure he may be a great doctor/surgeon for others, I am writing this as a warning so others do not stop fighting for their children when they know something is wrong!

Dr. McBride has done my oldest and youngest children's tubes. He is great! Fast, friendly and I would highly recommend him.

I was referred here after I had an episode of vertigo that landed me in the ER. I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly, (4 days) they were of course more worried about who my insurance was rather then symptoms over the phone. I recieved a hearing test which came back normal (this is important for later on in the story) so the doctor finally comes into my room after only a 45 minute wait and talks to me about dizziness and ear pressure/pain, she said it's one of two things Minere's Disease or Labyrinthitis inflimation of the inner ear she explained the workings of the inner ear and sent me home with exercises and a follow up 3 weeks out. I was told it should go away in 2-4 weeks if it doesnt they will do more tests, and to call and schedule another appointment sooner if symptoms get worse. So, fast forward 1 week and symptoms are worsening ( Feels like I'm rocking on a boat, still dizzy and dazed.) I call and schedule another appointment and I get in rather quickly again the appointment is on a monday but I start feeling even worse and ask to get in even sooner, but I was informed all the doctors went home early because they had sick kids at home. So I wait until monday and I see a different doctor she goes through some of the same tests and says it's probably something that will pass and she doesnt think it's Minere's because hearing loss is always present, and my ETD will go away with steroid over-the-counter nasal spray, says 4-6 weeks it should pass and another follow up 6 weeks out. So here I am no questions answered and nothing even diagnosed with all these symptoms that should pass? I went elsewhere and recieved a steroid tablet and ear drops with antibiotics which were the only thing that's helped me so far in this 2 month ordeal it relived the fullness in my ears but not the ETD so I call them again today to ask for a strong steroid to relieve my ETD and that my left ear is painful like an ear infection. (I have had alot of ear infections as a child and know what they feel like, also ETD can cause middle ear infections in severe cases because nothing can drain out.) The front desk said they have done EVERYTHING they can and they want to send me to balance testing. EVERYTHING? a hearing test and "wait 4-6 weeks" is EVERYTHING? I strongly advise against these people, really against IU Health considering any of my past experiences with them. They are more worried about who's your insurance over YOU the patient, and the individual care YOU deserve and they claim to offer. Long story short 1 start out of 5, would not recommend to an enemy. Good money was spent for this review please consider my warning.

Dr. McBride and his staff were exceptional. They treated my child with the utmost care. Dr. McBride is a wonderful clinician and surgeon, and his nurses and staff are equally great. I could not recommend him more!

He advised me that if I didn't/couldn't use my sleep apnea on a nightly basis, I would be dead or so sick I'd wish I was dead within four or five years. Thus, I made a number of final arrangements (e.g., will, gave some things to the kids, took early retire) to begin to prepare for my upcoming death. I thank him for that.

I dont actually know this guy i just had to google doctors for health class, i bet he is great tho. #10/10woulddoctoragain

He fixed my deviated septum with surgery and helps treat my sleep apnea. Now working on hearing loss. A+ doctor & staff.
