Very disappointed to leave this review. My wife was treated at Northside Hospital with a stroke. In the hospital dr Basani did a biopsy and determined it was due to her kidneys. After she was released it took us a few tries and we got an appointment to see Dr Basani. He was very nice and offered some suggestion to treatment which included a rituximab infusion. This is where it started to go downhill. We tried to make the appointment and it was canceled due to her blood levels not being stable. The first an hour prior to the infusion, however they then decided she was stable enough to do the infusion a week later. 1st infusion then 2nd 2 weeks later. 2 months have gone by and after numerous calls not a word, no returned call. We even had made an appointment to see Dr Basani but on the way to the office I called to make sure we were on schedule and they said they had no appointment on the calendar, even though they had ordered labs prior in the week. Find another office is my advice.
