Wonderful staff! My visit took about 2 hours but for quality great bedside matters and friendly staff I found it completely worth it. The staff here was attentive and really listened to the things I said and came up with different resolves to take care of my medical concerns as a result I gave them five stars and if you look at my profile I only get five stars for exceptional service that goes above and beyond. 1. The professional was friendly and totally correct in diagnosis and treatment. She immediately got my pharmacy plan in motion and reminded me of key issues to care for my health. Completely positive experience. I received a written plan of care before walking out Thank you.

Awful experience had to wait 2 hours and was told people with appointments come in. why have appointments at an urgent care? wasted two hours of my life. ended up walking out after people who i know didn’t have appointments kept getting called back. i was there for a whole two hours and only one person walked back out so clearly not doing good service either back in the exam rooms. get your business fixed before you allow people to make appointments. We had a drop in visit, was admitted earlier than quoted, which was nice. My son was given snacks and water while we waited. Facility was clean and seemed very covid compliant. Our doctor had such good bedside manner for my little one. He was very nervous and not feeling great. And she really took the time and made the effort to put him at ease and had him smiling by the end of it. He even went home and told hid dad about going to the "halloween doctor" (it was decorated for the holiday). I would definitely go back if I needed an urgent care doctor. Girl at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. Was told it’s only “urgent care” for so many patients without an appointment, and I didn’t have to come back if I didn’t want to. I’ll die before I let anybody touch me at this place.
