If i can give no stars i would! They don’t make any sense of being an urgent care at all! They are closed on a regular day!!!!!

Took my daughter in there to be seen and was told she just has the common cold but I knew it was more. I took her somewhere else the next morning and turns out she has Strep, Scarlet Fever and an ear infection. The lady at deaconess did not take her time looking my daughter over and refused to test her because it “didn’t look bacterial”. Awful experience and I’m glad I listened to my gut.

Wasn't optimistic based on bad reviews but my experience was just the opposite. Called to inquire about wait, receptionist Brittany was nice as well when when she signed me in. Nurse Tara and NP Karen were nice as well and not rushed to get rid of me. Zero complaints.

I was a walk-in and would never go back. I had dizziness and shaking. when the NP walked in she was rude by asking me "what do you want me to do? Just tell me what you want me to do and I'll do it." I was stunned with her bad attitude and lack of concern. I'm fully aware we all have busy lives. I wonder if she treats her family with the same approach!!

Took my husband here to get covid testing. It came back positive but they said he had appendicitis also. (He didn't have appendicitis.) I went to call to see why they never prescribed him the covid pills that lesson the symptoms, I was informed rudly that I have to call the live number, even the front desk lady had no idea what it even was because she "had a hard time remembering it". I had no idea, they didn't let him know the number or me know the number and I even spoke to them in person. (This is why I always go to St.Vincent.) I was also spoken to rudly by the front desk lady and asked why I basically couldn't take him to go get testing and she acted like I was complaining just to complain and it made me feel like a bad wife and she made it a huge deal and was like "well i guess we could have called an ambulanceif it was that big a deal." Girl, youre the one making that way.. I have covid too, it takes a lot out of you and I could hardly drive as it is. So we are both sick, trying to deal with covid and having rude front desk and horrible drs didn't help. The dr that seen my husband was HORRIBLE. She never listened to him and she pushed down on his stomach so hard and when he told her to stop, she didn't listen and she was rude to him and had a smart mouth. After her gouging his stomach and him in even more pain, thats when she decided he has appendicitis. I will NEVER go back to this horse doctor or it's messed up facility. I wouldn't take my cat here even if I could. This is unacceptable. Extremely unacceptable. I'm very disappointed in deaconess.
