Scheduled an appointment here to be seen at 4pm got there at 3:30 figured I’d have paperwork to fill out so did that 4:20 comes around nothing i asked for an update and they said he’s just too busy.... like that is my problem schedule accordingly not very impressed same thing happened with my other child once before doubt we will be back at all not impressed one bit

Dr. Kersteff has superb bedside manner and is knowledgeable in the basics that a GP should know. If his office tells you they can manage a specialty disease (ex Diabetes), you will need to be your own patient advocate and make them get you the top care. If you can afford it, go to a specialist. Use them for general practice services. Staff and front office can be a bit snippy and unwilling to go the distance for basic requests (ex. running insurance coverage).

Dr. Kersteff is the best there is. He takes the time to talk with me about any issues I would like to discuss. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable.

Dr. Kersteff is ok. Decent advice and care, although very busy of course and just wants the appointment over with most of the time. The customer service is horrible though. They charge $10 for any form not related to an appointment to be filled out. If you have someone reach out to your doctor for a medical release or any kind of verification - $10. They started doing this in November and are also horrible at answering the phone, don't have an answering machine, and have very limited calling hours. Very disappointed.

Dr.Kersteff is an exceptional M.D. He listens well, shows compassion and I always leave with having my questions answered. He doesn't order unnecessary tests which I really appreciate since we are self-pay.
