After a few years of visits with Dr. Groover/Maltby for myself and daughters I decided I would never return and I would never recommend her and would steer anyone away from her especially if you're dealing with anxiety issues. At the last visit, I had taken my daughter to see her, my daughter was having severe anxiety issues and was emotional when trying to explain what she was experiencing, Dr. Groover/Maltby using her hands in a rolling motion, told my daughter she needed to speed it up!!!! My jaw dropped, I couldn't believe her!!! I wished now that I had snapped on her, instead I chose to behave like an adult, I've regretted it every since. I just want people to be aware of what kind of Dr. she is, I'd look elsewhere!!!!!

Let me start this off by saying both my mother and I have had Dr. Groover Maltby for several years. She doesn't seem to listen to your concerns and instead tries to steer things in a different direction than what you came in for. She is very repetitive and will talk over you and trivialize your feelings/concerns making the appointment feel very rushed like she has better things to do. Every time I visit I leave dissatisfied asking myself why I haven't looked for a new doctor sooner.
