The Willow Center's Online Review Report Card

I have known Ashley English for years as we sought addiction recovery treatment for my son. She and her staff are caring and compassionate while keeping it real. Ashley helped me as a mother remember that I wasn't at fault for my son's addiction and that he had to want to be clean just as much as I wanted it for him. Her kindness and honesty helped me make it through the most traumatic years of my life. My son is thriving now and as a family we started a nonprofit to bring recovery residences to Hendricks County. Thank you to The Willow Center, Ashley English, Chase Cotten and staff for your work. May God bless you as you continue bringing these necessary services to our community.

Horrible horrible horrible leadership. Clients deserve better quality care. I hope people can find better treatment elsewhere.

Truly caring staff who understand that recovery is not a 'one size fits all' journey. Clients are treated with respect and their personal beliefs, cultures, and values help tailor their recovery plan.

The Willow Center cares deeply about it’s clients, it’s employees, and the community. They provide client-centered care and welcome everyone with open arms. They provide genuine care and help clients hold themselves accountable. Truly great care and wonderful staff!

I’ve been arrested 20+ times. 10+ IOP’s. My last time was about 7yrs ago.. I was on my 3rd DUI. Had to do IOP for 12 weeks before my year sentence in work release. Been to so many of them.. but when you get arrested you always try to find out the easiest program so you can get by.. but not this time. You gotta be smarter than that. If that crowd is saying it’s hard than that’s what made sense. I decided that’s the place for me. I’ll try to make this short. Ashley English and the Willow Center hold you accountable for your actions and that’s what most of us need done to us. Completed the program then next thing you know Ashley and some of the other Willow Center employees came walking into to the work release center once a week and met with us hoodlums because they cared. When people say things that you don’t like it’s not always because they are being mean.. sometimes if because they really care. I now have all 20+ arrests expunged. I’ve lost 200lbs. Engaged. Home owner. Things have never been better.Thank you Willow Center

Absolutely the example of what we need more of for Indiana! Professional, passionate peeps that are truly vested in making a difference for those in addiction recovery as well as just overall mental health. We are blessed to have them in our community!

2013 was the end of one chapter of my life and the start of a new one. The old pages of my life consisted of the rat race of constant drug seeking and using and disappointment amongst my family and friends. The Willow Center, with Ashley E. as the main driving force, helped educate me on matters that weren't relevant to me at the time. Ashley, the staff, and the people who are required, or just want or need to be there for themselves, we're all very supportive and uplifting. You can find any meeting around here. You can find a job here. You can find your dignity here. So here we are now in 2022 and I can't imagine living in active drug use right now. I'm so very thankful for this new chapter, that has given me a wife, a daughter, a son on the way, a solid roof over my head, and a good foundation to fall back on. Thank you guys!

I was hired by the The Willow Center as the Clinical director because Ashley heard what her staff needed as far as guidance, support and supervision and she put it into action. All of the staff at The Willow Canter have been so welcoming, friendly, helpful and accepting. They truly care about their clients and want to provide them with the best clinical treatment possible on their recovery journey. I am proud to say I work for the Willow center!

The owner Ashley English is untrustworthy and unreliable. The way that she operates the center jeopardizes client care and safety. As a mental health service provider, the Willow Center falls short on keeping up with federal policies and trainings. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The management at the Willow Center is in absolute disarray. While most of the staff seem competent, the non-counceling management continuously makes decisions that puts client health and well being at risk. The high rate of staff turnover not only negatively impacts care, but is an indicator of the inner turmoil and negativity in the office. I would not intrust my care or the care of someone I love to the Willow Center.
