This place changed my life

Just terrible for mental health. They have so many patients that they can't give you the one on one attention you need. They are also more concerned about drug/alcohol addiction than mental health, since the courts likes to send offenders to them. I went there for 7 years, with no progress. Finally got better insurance and was able to leave and find a better place that took my mental health seriously and helped me.I tell anyone wanting to go to Aspire to run away, because they just don't have the time for you. Unless you don't have another option, DO NOT GO TO ASPIRE!!

Incredibly attentive, caring, and kind! I couldn’t get seen by anyone after Alpine shut down here in Lafayette I was recommended to Aspire, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is wonderful and super polite. They go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and at ease. I’m on psych meds I can go off of and they are making sure I don’t until I see the psych doctor May 5th. They maybe a half our from Lafayette, but it’s totally worth the drive. Definitely have a new primary!!

Doctor broke hippa laws and called another med group I am seeing and told them info I had told doctor in confidence. It was not about child abuse or harming myself in any way. She was totally out of line professionally in doing so. The counseling is a joke. The therapist always wants to end sessions early and scolds me about my medication choices. Not a good place if your seeking mental health care.

Horrible experience for my daughter. No bedside manner she didnt introduce herself to my daughter or even attempt to build a rapport or make her feel at ease being an 11yr in a vulnerable and scary position. Disgusting, Ashleigh Wirtner also told my daughter she doesn't have time to wait for my daughter to write. (My daughter suffers extreme anxiety and doesn't talk or look at people) don't worry I'm definitely escalating. My daughter didn't deserve that.

Cuts patients off without warning. There is two sides to every story but they never reached out to see what was what. We never contacted them because we were unaware there was a problem in the 1st place. How unprofessional can you get?!
