On June 9th Dr. Copeland and his team preformed a CI implant surgery on my right ear. Everyone associated with the surgery process was excellent. From our first visit with Dr. Copeland , during the surgery and so far through the recovery process my wife and I could not ask for anything more from them. They are excellent.

My husband had choclears implants in both ears. If it wasn't for Dr. Copeland, my husband (Daniel Dewitt) he wouldn't be able to hear at all. So we appreciate all you've done for him.

Dr. Copeland and his nurse Stephanie are excellent! I had been misdiagnosed but another physician and was not receiving the correct treatment. Dr. Copeland and his staff took the time to figure out what is really going on with me and now I am doing much better. He listens and takes time with you. He has amazing knowledge and cares about his patients. I am eternally grateful to him and Stephanie.

My son was referred here for surgery consult by another ENT because his case was complicated. Dr Copeland was very upfront about the risks, took the time we needed to ask questions, and ultimately did the surgery. We were impressed with every aspect of his, and his office’s, care and professionalism.

I love Dr. Copeland. He is one of the best doctors I've ever had. I leave his office feeling confident in my understanding of the visit. He has performed multiple ear surgeries on me and they have all been successfull. I trust him and his team and enjoy every visit to their offices.

Based on the great reviews, Dr. Copeland seems to be adept at other aspects of otology/neurotology and he clearly didn’t this far in medicine if he was completely daft, but if you have Ménière’s disease...FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER. It will be the best decision of your life. He has no care, respect, regard, or compassion for those of us who live with the daily nightmare of Ménière’s. He will put you off as long as possible, waste your time, delay your treatments, try to convince you that you have a “headache problem” (even when ruled out by another specialist), or that you are pathologically insane. If one day he ever ends up as sick as I was for the majority of 2019, I sincerely hope that he finds a doctor who is a better doctor to him than he was to me.

Dr Copeland was courteous and listened to my issues. Performed a lymphectomy on my right ear and i am now in therapy and recovery process. Highly recommend dr cooeland.

Dr. Copeland is very clear and friendly. I’ve had an ear condition since I was a child. He answered my questions and gave me helpful information no one else ever shared. He’s funny, kind and is exactly the ear doctor I’ve been looking for. I moved to Indy from Florida where I had a great ENT for 25 years. I’m delighted I found Dr. Copeland. My husband will go next.
