Bruce W. Robb's Online Review Report Card

I have to share my experience with Dr Robb because he is one of the absolute best doctors i've ever had! (And I've had A LOT!) Doctor Robb figured out, diagnosed, and operated twice on me for a chronic illness I have had since birth (30 years) that NO other doctors have been able to figure out and had also flat out refused surgery on me for. Dr Robb not only fixed my problems, but gave INCREDIBLE care and answered EVERY question I had through the entire lengthy diagnosing and surgical processes. (And there were TONS of questions!) He was nothing but kind and honest with me from the beginning, and always treated me with respect and never judged me by my age. (My illness is not common at a young age, and MANY other doctors didn't believe me when I said what I was going through and didn't take me seriously). As of July 17th, I have had two big surgeries with Dr Robb and both turned out phenomenal and also COMPLETELY fixed my chronic illness that we have been trying to fix for years. He has totally changed my life and given me my quality of life back 100% and I can never thank him enough for what he has done to fix my health. If you are looking for a good, honest, trustworthy, intelligent, and kind doctor who listens and doesn't judge you, DR. ROBB IS THE ONE! I can't possibly recommend him enough. You will not regret going to him!

This review is for post surgery care. During the surgery something happened that cause pain in a completely unrelated part of my body. His horrible nurse Ms. Hammond was nice enough to say that this is unrelated to the surgery, even though the pain started after the surgery and NEVER before. They ignored my requests to do imaging, they refused to treat the pain and treated me like I am an enemy not a patient. 3 months later, I have no diagnosis of what the issue is and the pain is still there. His office manager got involved and agreed they did not behave properly, I requested an apology at the very least for the attitude his staff gave me. I am still waiting for the apology. Do not go to this doctor or this whole organization, they are trashy.

He is very friendly with a bit of humor. Dr Robb has quickly became the best surgeon I have ever dealt with (out of 4 I've had in my adult life). Dr Robb is very efficient and proficient while being thorough and intelligent. He's the best at what he does IMHO. I also like that he is very informative in his explanation and assessment of his procedures and patients respectively. He makes me feel safe and comfortable and I will never look for a different surgeon so long as Dr Robb is practicing in Indiana. Mr Robb takes his time to make sure you understand what's going on wait time is minimal at the office for visits and at the hospital for surgeries. Thanks a million Dr Robb.

Dr. Robb was great. The only problem I had was with other Drs coming in to check on me after surgery. They came in every day with Dr. Robb or his assistant, never even examining or even talking to me but I received bills from them. I appreciate what my Dr did for me but shouldn’t have to pay Drs to walk in and out and send a bill.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR He did not provide proper follow-up after my wife surgery when she was in the hospital at IU North Carmel, PCU unit, which lead to her becoming sepsis. Four and a half months later and she is still in the hospital with 3 IR drains, a fistula, and her colostomy has never worked. She will require many more months of hospitalization. I had to transfer her to Cleveland Clinic for care. He is unfit to practice medicine.

Excellent care from Dr. Robb. Kind, considerate and knowledgeable. Good communication. Easy to talk to; and seems to sincerely care about patients.

I was diagnosed with rectal cancer a month ago, and didn’t get answers until I saw Dr. Robb and now have a surgery scheduled. A really humble, down to earth person. Great bedside manner and absolutely knows what he is talking about. Deserves 10 stars!

Dr. Robb and his team are amazing. I am so very grateful to be his patient. Through a cancer diagnosis, these guys rode the roller coaster with me. Through all the ups and downs, they never let me feel alone in my battle. Every single person I spoke to, even on my worst days, treated me with compassion and understanding. Dr. Robb has the best bedside manner I've ever witnessed in a surgeon. His experience, education, knowledge and instincts are unmatched. I thank God every day for this team of amazing people that I was blessed enough to have on my side. They saved my life!!!! H
