Paid an arm and a leg to this practice. When I had questions about a "plan" for my son's future teeth treatment, Dr.McKown just got up, turned and said "I have other patients to attend to". I rarely had a chance to talk to her face to face. She'd come for 5 minute hygienist check and she'd leave. One visit my son had 0 cavities... six months later according to this practice he had more than 12... how does it work??? They told us they'd give us "special dye that would show bad brushing when you rinse with it". It never happened. They also have a special 'chamber of torture" room away from other patients. My son when he was young was a regular to that room. Instead of showing how to brush or ask questions and give advice, it was just hundreds and thousands of $$$$ per visit. I left that practice after she told me "she had other patients to attend to". I believe I was the highest paying patient there with my son. After switching dentist, it's like a breath of fresh air. We have a plan, the office is working with us on plans of payment and most importantly my son now has GOOD dentist who genuinely cares!

She was not gentle with my child. She didn’t allow me in the room And ultimately provided services that were not approved by me beforehand. I didn’t find out about what she had done to her tooth until we had issues about 4 months later. Do not recommend her.

Dr. Carol and her staff have taken care of my Downs Syndrome daughter since she was small and they truly care and Cassandra never minds going to the dentist. We give them an A+ and a big thank you! :)

My daughter has been with Dr. McKown"s practice since she was little and she has Down's Syndrome. She never minds going to the dentist. Shows how well she is taken care of there.

The first time we met Dr. Carol nine years ago, when my daughter chipped her tooth and we were forced to find a dentist QUICKLY... I knew we made the right choice!!! Her ability to calm children down, get to know her patients (and parents!), and ALWAYS have a smile on her face makes her our favorite dentist ever! Her staff is awesome. The office is so kid-friendly. My daughter will keep seeing Dr. Carol until she's no longer allowed to (pediatric dentists probably won't see adults 😉). If you choose her to be your child's dentist, you won't be disappointed. We love Dr. Carol! ❤️

My 3 year old son is very shy, so I was nervous about taking him to the dentist. The staff here is exceptional with children, with little to no wait time and an efficient, yet thorough experience. The doctors are professional, caring, and honest... and the facility is state of the art. There is nothing more a mother would want in a dentist for their children. As someone who knows the industry personally, the reputations of these doctors cannot be surpassed. Thank you Dr. McKown and staff!

This place is amazing!!!!!! I highly recommend Dr. McKown. I have 3 children that all started seeing her around kindergarten and continued through college. Her and her staff are like family to us. Dr. McKown has a very caring and enthusiastic personality. The office is so cute done in Alice and Wonderland which my kids loved. I pray she is still working when I have grandchildren so they also can go to her.

Dr. Carol has provided exceptional care for both of my children since they were toddlers. They are now 21 and 23 and with beautiful smiles and healthy teeth, all thanks to Dr. Carol McKown. The kids truly love her and with her sweet disposition, they were always at ease and even excited to go in for their visits. The office setting and waiting room is Alice In Wonderland, a fantasy for any child. I would recommend Dr. Carol to anyone. She treats you like family!

They give grades for hygiene which is a poor practice. They gave my son an A but he never brushes, he just has great enamel. They gave my daughter a C and she brushes twice a day but has braces. Dr. McKown has few bedside manners. I’m looking for another dentist.

We have been at this practice for 14 years. Not once have we thought about going elsewhere. Dr. Carol and her team give excellent care and advice. They truly care about the child and the concerns of the parent. Dr. Carol is thoughtful when it comes to treatment...and the collaboration between her and our orthodontist makes whole xray/expander/braces/retainer routine SO EASY. Oh! And my kids don't dread going to the dentist! It is a happy, wonderful practice!
