Something must be done about making appointments at the checkout desk. Especially when they won't make a doctor issued request for appointment to another doctor in the same office.

The shortest and the most ridiculous appointment with a doctor in my life. Ten minutes with Dr. Kim and and all your imaging tells him is that you're old. Wouldn't explain anything on the MRI. Wouldn't answer my questions about MRI in any detail at all. I guess if it wasn't important enough to him to do surgery on then it wasn't important enough for me to go over the imaging. He said it's just old age and go home and do some yoga. Front desk staff woman was very rude as if I'd interrupted her tiktok video. Asked her for my physical therapy paperwork and she just shook her head. Wrote down the name of the institution but must have shaken out the thought to ask me who I was too. This is why people have increasing non interest in going to doctors. It's a waste of time.
