Everyone there is so nice, professional, informed, caring.... the best Physicians office ever! I am 73...so I have been to several. I was so impressed and going back on the 18th.

Dr. Hale is knowledgeable, friendly & gives patients the time to ask questions about their options while in his care. I would highly recommend meeting with him/his team to discuss your condition/symptoms so you don't have to live with discomfort.

If I could give this jerk a 0, I would. He spent maybe 5 minutes with us, and in that time, I don't think he ever took a breath. It was nearly impossible for my wife and I to get a word in. Totally useless visit. I heard the phrase "I don't know" so many times, not to mention his crappy response the ONE time we were able to interrupt him to ask him a question. We drove 2 hours for this? My wife and I will NOT be back. He's not interested in helping my wife, just collecting more money from people who genuinely need help. Edit: We just saw the report he sent to my wife's surgeon. It appears that Dr. Hale is a liar as well, as he states many things that DID NOT HAPPEN during my wife's visit to him. He stated that my wife refused a pelvic exam. It was never even brought up!! This is only one of the many examples of him lying on the report. I am LIVID!!!!

My elderly mother saw Dr. Hale and also saw Elizabeth Fuller, NP. They were very patient explaining things to my mother. I would definitely recommend them for urinary and gynaecological issues.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother-in-law Rita. The treatment and care she received from Dr. Hale, his team of doctors and his staff was excellent from beginning to end. The surgery was successful, allowing her to resume normal daily activities within a short period of time. She is very satisfied with the results and the experience and would highly recommend Dr. Hale's services to others in need. Thank you Dr. Hale.
