Dr Horn is an excellent surgeon! In September he repaired damage to my cervical spine and I am finally able to hold my head up straight for the first time in15 years. On February 7, 2022 he repaired my lumbar spine with a lamenectomy and fusion of L3-5 with a rod on each side, relieving a great deal of pain I had been suffering for 15 years. I wish I had consulted with Dr Eric Horn a long time ago. Thank you Dr Horn!!!

I literally could not recommend Dr Horn and Goodman Campbell more. The surgery and recovery was much better than expected and Dr Horn is an amazing surgeon. The staff have always been caring and friendly. It was easy to get everything scheduled.

If you’re looking for a good surgeon please consider Dr. Eric Horn. I had Cervical Spondylosis with myelopathy. I was told I had Arthritis and was put on arthritis medication that ruptured ulcer the year before. After pain complaining I had a chance to go to an ortho spine surgeon Dr Horn. I was anxiety worn down with terrible leg symptoms and pain. Dr Eric Horn was very thorough and understanding even though I had a lower MRI lumbar of ruptures he did a cervical MRI. He was right on pinning down my diagnosis. I was full of anxiety of having surgery but it was the best thing I could’ve done. I said are you going to take good care of me? He said I promise. After the surgery, I had no pain in my legs and no back hurting was all gone. 100% successful even though I’m still on the healing end of my surgery with three plates and serious compression with my neck. Dr. Horn and staff treated me with the up most respect of care.

I had my one month post-op visit. I am 100% happy with my decision to have the lumbar fusion surgery and with Dr Horn and staff. I feel genuinely cared for and the whole process has been run like a well-tuned machine. I can't recommend high enough.
