PThe nurses who took care of me this time in the er were super rude and as I was talking with my dr on the phone the nurse yanked it from me and then hung it up on my dr and then told me that I wasn’t there to talk on the phone no I face I was there cause my drs office told me I needed to go back to er immediately so I did also he wanted me to get more X-rays but when I told the staff at the er they flat out refused to do it

The staff and providers are amazing. My daughter who is 6 years old loves going and doesn't get scared when she has visits. I highly recommend!!

Dr. Hajrasuliha is knowledgeable, professional, caring, with an excellent bedside manner. I strongly recommend him and his team.

Office Manager Lori Odle scheduled a job with us to pick up filing cabinets. We provide a free curbside service. Upon arrival, the items were all located on the 2nd floor and would need to be removed from inside the building. We negotiated a price of $350 to remove 17 units and dispatched a second team member and truck. During the removal process, Ms. Odle asked to add 3 additional items—exam beds—and was quoted an additional $100. Upon completion, she stated that she did not have enough cash and would need to pay by credit card. She was sent an invoice. Generally, we do not provide service without payment, but since it was a medical office, we made an exception. Hours later, we followed up because the invoice had not been paid. She stated she was unable to open it. We suggested she try another device (if she attempted on her phone, try a desktop, or vice versa). We then sent a second invoice via PayPal to ensure there were no issues. The next day, payment still had not been rendered, so we reached out via phone and text—no reply. An email was then sent and was also ignored. We eventually received an email from Mia Bae in Accounts Receivable stating they would not be paying and disputing the charges. This isn't just despicable—it is essentially theft from a small business. Ms. Odle has been hiding since. Two guys, 9 hours of labor with travel time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Anyone who allows an office manager to behave this way and then protects them is scum. SO FROM THE EMAIL - YOU DIDN'T KNOW A CHARGE EXISTED BUT THE PROBLEM IS $350-450? SCAM

Got booked for crucial shot in my eyes so I dont go further blind and they waited two more weeks to tell then cancels on me I cant get in to see anybody else this place is literally bullcrap

The ophthalmologist that seen my daughter was amazing. He made my daughter feel at ease when checking her eyes

I did- until the Dr treating my dad retired, and as a 5 year cancer survivor of stage 4 pancreatic cancer- the new doctor is not meeting his needs- duregsrding psin- misding answers on ct scans/ barely fitting him I at end of day ( 1 hour late) gaslighting his symptoms.
