Best doctor I've ever experienced. And that's a lot of doctors.

Was told in Dec. 2022 by my then urologist that I needed the TURP procedure for my enlarged prostate. After the experience my father and others I knew had with TURP I knew this wasn't an option for me. At this time I asked for a referral to Dr. Lingeman as I had already been researching the HOLEP on my own. Met with Dr. Lingeman in March, was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, answered all of my questions completely. He is a very caring and personable individual. He really put my mind at ease after my initial visit. He told me not to worry ,he could fix all of the issues I was having and about 2weeks later when I had my surgery he did. All of his staff is very professional , as well as friendly and helpful. Now in early June just shy of my 3 month checkup I am 100% completely free of any side effects and have been for at least a month now. I had forgotten what it was like to pee like a teenager, it feels pretty good. Would 100% recommend Dr. Lingeman and the HOLEP.

Holep done poorly. Bleeding after surgery with little help that evening when it started after release from hospital. In a bag for 15 days. Never heard from the dr once. Poor care by on call dr or nurse. Scraped bladder during surgery. Treated like a leper alone on a deserted island. Now suffering too frequent ITIs as a result. Still incontinent 2 years later. TIME TO RETIRE.

Dr Lingeman is one of the most competent physicians I have ever met. He is an intellectual who does research and at the same time provides excellent care. His staff is very professional and on the ball.

Had a HOLEP surgery done by Dr. J. Lingeman on December 4, 2020. After about couple weeks I recovered and now (Feb. 2021) am feeling great- with no issues. Without any reservation, I fully recommend Dr. Lingeman to my family and friends. The quality of his professionalism, performance and personality is beyond reproach. He also has very fine and caring staff members. Thank you Dr. Lingeman!

Why would you settle for the normal majority way of performing prostate surgery which is not even a permanent solution like the turp method when you could have Dr James Lingeman perform Holep and realize immediate relief from all the nasty symptoms forever? I feel and perform like a young man now after having Dr Lingeman work his expertise on me. My highest recommendation. Tony F

I could not have been happier with everyone I dealt with at Indiana University Medical (Carmel)- most of all Dr. Lingeman. We are blessed that he chooses to practice "nearby". He is an amazingly talented surgeon and has surrounded himself with a caring team of people.
