Dr. Bhatt treats me for my Bells Palsy and I cannot say enough good things about him. His bedside manner is so warm and jovial. I was also very impressed with his ability to make the procedure as painless as possible. I have had it administered by another doctor before and my experience with Dr. Bhatt was significantly less painful, quicker, and more pleasant.

Dr. Jay Bhatt is the MASTER of the art and science of Botox and Dystonia, and Neurology in general. If he's not available, it's because he's doing his best for the patients he has and for many other Dr.'s refering their pts to him as to decrease the possible exposure to COVID

I live three hours away and had my injections with dr Bhatt for several years, started going to someone different because it was closer and I regret every minute of it. I miss Dr Bhatt so much

Dr. Bhatt is a super sweet doctor. He took his time to explain procedures and you couldn't ask for a nicer guy. Wish all doctors had a personality like Dr. Bhatt.

I knew he was good... after moving to Naples I realize how good he really is in his profession. His staff and administration are friendly and super professional. Dr Byatt not only is knowledgeable but very attentive and explains throughly. His personality is an At. I am flying back to Indianapolis to get the best treatment. Thank you Dr. Byatt and staff!!!:)

I really like Dr. Bhatt but it is almost impossible to get through phone lines to his office staff. At this point I am greatly disappointed that his office staff has not filed with my insurance company for treatment approval 19 days following my visit. Although my condition is not life-threatening, I am suffering with a painful condition until I can get treatment. I truly appreciate Dr. Bhatt but I am frustrated with difficulties communicating with his office staff.

Dr Bhatt is very knowledgeable and always willing to explore things further. He and his staff have always been amazing in helping me find providers in other fields when necessary. It is rare to find such a compassionate physician these days. I highly recommend Dr. Bhatt.

Front desk and assistant all inefficient. Won't call back when said they will for over a week and need to constantly be calling them for follow up. Can never get to talk to Dr Bhatt even in time of bad episode. Beyond reach except when you have appointment to see him in office.
