My husband and I met with Dr. Jarrett for our consultation today. From the moment our virtual meeting started I instantly felt at peace. I could tell he truly cared and had looked through my history. It isn’t easy hearing that you will need IVF but the way he talked with my husband and I made us both feel confident. We are excited for the next steps with both him and his office!

I was told I needed to cancel my state insurance in order to be considered a self-pay patient. That it is “office policy”. I came in knowing it would be self pay and they won’t even schedule me unless I cancel my health insurance. What a negligent thing to say to someone. I need my insurance for my other medical needs and for when I am actually pregnant. I cried when I got off the phone. I feel discriminated because I am on Medicaid. I called my Obstetrician and told her not to refer Medicaid patients to you so they won’t face this kind of emotional distress. We are already emotional enough coming to you discuss fertility. Be kind and do better.
