Dr Bacorn has been working with us since my husband lost his eye in a traumatic accident, and he has been phenomenal. He is extremely confident in his work and knowledge, very friendly and polite, and answers all of our questions. Everytime we leave his office we feel a sense of weight lifted off of us and reassurance in my husband's recovery. We can't thank him enough, as well as his lovely office staff and assistant.

I was referred to Dr. Klapper for a couple cysts on my eye. He's only in the Greenwood location once/month (I didn't know that initially) so it was a few months to get in. My initial consultation wait was insane! They were so busy they had to take chairs in the hallway. When you are at a doctor for your eyes and already nervous, this sure doesn't make things easier! I had no idea what to expect. The MA (or nurse) inquired as to my purpose for visit and made it seem as though the Dr. may do the procedure same day. This was good and bad. Good that I didn't have a chance to worry about what to expect, but bad in that I didn't have a chance to worry about what to expect (haha). We scheduled the procedure (removal of 2 cysts and a biopsy). Again, because he's only there one/day a month my appointment had to be scheduled out a few months. I was notified by the receptionist that I may have to wait quite a bit. To my surprise, I arrived and was the only one there. I was taken back pretty quickly. The Dr. explained the procedure briefly, but I really didn't want to hear, as I was beyond nervous. It's my EYES so I was terrified. The numbing STUNG and I certainly wasn't prepared. I could smell the burning as they closed off the lesion. I left with a black eye, but overall my healing was pretty breezy. I had some issues pop up in the eye (that were possibly unrelated to the procedure and just coincidental) and the office worked very well with me on reviewing pictures and providing recommendations.

Arrogant doctor did not diagnose my issue properly, which resulted in me suffering for years afterwards until I found a physician who was able to quickly and correctly diagnose.

My name is Bob Craig and I was referred to Dr. Klapper by my Dermatologist for an persistent eyelid irritation. I phoned to make my appointment and found that I would have more than a 6-week wait. On the day of my appointment I saw Dr. Klapper for a very brief visit who examined my eyelid and recommended some special eyelid cleaner and he then quickly launched a discussion to encourage me to consider a surgery to help eliminate my so called "drooping eyelids" which are not a problem to me at all. I was then quickly shown the door and was billed the amount of $125.00 for my 7-10 minute visit. This visit took place in April of 2019 and as of November I continue to deal with Beth (office mgr.) as they charged my credit card twice for this single visit. Beth originally confirmed the two charges and said she would refund the overcharge but has done nothing to correct the problem and now will not accept our phone calls nor will she return our calls. $125.00 is not a lot of money but I want others to know how this practice functions. For me, this is an issue of principal and Dr. Klapper and Beth are going to want to resolve this issue!

Extremely friendly, clean, and efficient...more upscale...I really liked everyone there...honest also. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

I had droopy eyelid or the more technical term ptosis surgery done by Dr Stephen Klapper and I'm so glad I had it done! In fact I love how I look! My sister said I looked happy and my husband said I looked awake, not that I was sad or sleepy. Dr Klapper will take the time to answer all of your questions and concerns about the surgery. His office staff all are very nice, again if you had any questions they took time to answer them. The surgery center where the surgery was performed the staff explained what they were going to do again answered any questions you had. Would I do this again? Yes. Would I choose Dr Stephen Klapper again? Yes.

Great experience for my upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery! Recovery was quick. And with scares that can not seen with normal vision. I have had zero comments from anyone suggesting they where aware of the surgery. However, I have numerous comments on how good I look for my age - 78. Recommend Dr. Klapper as the best. DLM
