Dr. Baker has been my Endocrinologist for a few years. She is personable, effective, and the best doctor in her Field I have had in 17 yrs. I would refer her to patients of any age . Dr, Baker is a wonderful person too.

Dr. Baker is by far the best doctor that I have to treat me. She is caring, efficient, willing to discuss as much as I need, and responsive to questions.

She listens to my concerns and ideas. She lets me tries things that I’ve researched that could potentially help lower A1cs. Since I’ve started seeing her, I’ve had the lowest A1cs in my 21 years as a T1D. I saw a comment below about an 8 month wait time which made them give her a 1 star rating and I don’t think that’s fair for 2 reasons. 1- she can’t control the fact that all of her appointments are full and she’s allowed to have a life too, and 2- the fact that she is THAT booked means she is that in demand and amazing. I’m so thankful I was able to get into her. I waited 6 months and it was worth it!

I cannot recommend Dr. Baker enough. I have had diabetes for most of my adult life, and always had a hard time controlling it. Dr. Baker was the first doctor who was able to help me get it under control. She is very pleasant to speak with, she takes the time to talk to you and to help you understand what is going on, what the medicines do, etc. She's also very knowledgeable and very thorough.

Dr Baker is the best physician I have seen in a long time. I will continue to see her for my Endo needs. So far only one office visit but we had many discussion thru the IU patient system. Response time usually 1 day or less and we have changed med dosage and discussed results of labs and imaging (MRI). First appointment was hard to schedule (long wait for appt - several months) - new patients. However, I am glad that I waited. Dr. Baker has great patient interaction.

Although I have not seen Dr. Baker yet, I want to let everyone know that there is a 8 month wait for new patient visits to see her. If I had cancer would it take that long to see a oncologist? If I had a heart attack and was in need of bypass surgery would it take 8 months to schedule it? I think not because I would probably be dead by then. I will keep this appointment but I will be looking for someone else to see in the meantime.
