Maret Cline's Online Review Report Card

I have dreaded looking for a new OB since moving to a new state but I knew it was necessary. Man did I make the right choice with Dr. Cline. I felt welcomed as soon as I entered the doors. From the front desk staff to the phlebotomist, everyone was so friendly. Did I mention I was serviced as soon as I arrived?!?? Dr. Cline was thorough and didn’t rush through the examination, she was sure to make sure I was satisfied prior to leaving. I can definitely tell I’m in good hands with this practice.

Incredible visit from the moment I walked in to the moment of check out. Every caregiver and member of staff was wonderful. I LOVED Dr Cline. She made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions. Thank you!

Today was my first visit to Dr Cline. I had some specific concerns. I never felt she was rushing me. She listened to me, answered questions I had and provided me with a treatment plan. I was very pleased and feel comfortable with the care I received. The remainder of the staff all were kind and helpful as well.

HORRIBLE! I had asked Dr. Cline multiple times for hysterectomy and she said I was too young at 49? I am highly sensitive to pain. I felt Dr. Cline has a harsh touch and didn't understand my low pain tolerance, but even the nurse had to tell Dr. Cline to be less hard with me. Dr. Cline made me feel like I was just exaggerating. Dr Cline sent me to a make Dr in the same practice. There was back and forth lies with a test I was told was done and was needed for surgery. I ended up seeing Dr Deborah Delrosario instead and Dr. Cline nurse called and asked why I wasn't seeing the male doctor she recommended. I am not comfortable with a male GYN and I am glad I saw Dr. Delrosario instead. Dr Delrosario had a soft touch and I endured no pain during my exam, plus test not needed; I knew there and then that the problem was the Doctor and not the patient. I am switching to Delrosario and kick myself for thinking I needed to endure needless pain every time I went to the OBGYN all these years!

I have seen Dr. Cline for several years. I like her very much as a physician. However, on my most recent annual wellness exam, my insurance was billed for my annual exam AND an extended visit because Dr. Cline ordered bloodwork. When I called the billing department, they were incredibly rude and condescending and told me it was because "he" spent etra time with me to order the bloodwork. First of all, Dr. Cline is a she, not he. Dr. Cline spent less than 30 minutes with me and did not even perform a PAP smear. Ordering blood work takes 5 minutes and I should not have been charged for a separate office visit on the same day that I was charged for my annual routine office visit. Just know that this office is billing unwarranted charges.

I have been going to Dr Cline for the past 5 years and I have always been handled with the greatest of care. Great front desk staff that is kind and welcoming. Dr Cline and her medical staff has never been anything but professional, attentive and quick to respond to needs or concerns.

Very kind and compassionate doctor! Truly listens to you and makes you feel comfortable expressing your concerns. I also personally like that she is strictly an NFP doctor👍 I would recommend her to all my family and friends!
