Very disappointed! I waited a long time to get into see Dr. Burgett because he is known to be one of the best. After surgery at my second follow up, Dr Burgett told me to massage the lumps on my incision to smooth them out and to give my recovery some time. I gave it seven months and I’m still not happy with my results. (See attached before and after pictures the after shot is the pinker one. Before pictures taken 9/10/2023. Surgery was 11/16/2023. After pictures taken almost exactly a year later. 11/14/24.) called to make an appointment for a third follow up and had to wait over three months to get in. At my appt. I think I may have offended Dr. Burgett when I asked if one of his interns was allowed to do part of my surgery. He informed me that he allows them to maybe do some stitches but he is the only one who does the incision. He said he may have underestimated how much of my drooping was caused by my eyebrows. When I was checking out I was told no charge. Then I received a bill. When I called office I was told I shouldn’t have received a bill it was my third follow up then she referred me to billing. Billing informed me too much time had passed so it was considered a consultation so I have to pay. Overall very disappointing. Actually I think my eyes looked better before I had the surgery.

I just realized by touching the first star it posted as a one star review. You have to touch the fifth star for a five star review! Dr. Burgett and his entire staff are terrific! It could not have been a better experience!
