Doctor is ok but nurses and staff are horrible. Almost impossible to phone and get anyone to talk to you other then staff who only take messages because they are not clinical. Keep being told "Nurse Olivia" will give me a call back but she doesn't, and it's been 4 days since my first message was left.

It's difficult to describe my experience with Dr. Bustion. He's a very nice, reserved man... but I never feel like I get a solid explanation of what he thinks might be going on with me. I'll rattle off very concerning symptoms, and he doesn't say anything, ask me to elaborate, or offer much comfort. Oftentimes when he's suggested getting a test done, it feels like he forgets to put the order in? Every time I've needed a test per his recommendation, it took me multiple appts with him and repeatedly reminding him that it never happened/was his suggestion/he told me someone would contact ME to schedule it. I don't feel advocated for or taken seriously ultimately. The problem I see him for hasn't been neutralized after 5+ years, and I don't feel a sense of urgency to really dig deep into the cause of my ailments or assure me that everything will be okay.

From the beginning of the appointment until the end he did not seem to listen or care why I was there. He just walked in, said I saw other Dr's with normal results and wondered why I was there. I told him my pain was getting worse and he asked me what I thought. I wasn't sure- he's the Dr SK I wanted his opinion. Then at the end he says I don't think there's anything wrong with you neurologically. So basically saying I'm making it up. Please see someone else!

I really like Dr. Bustion. He is very good at what he does and really takes the time to listen and be thorough. My first visit went very well but he was not very personable and was very businesslike. Every visit with him that continues to improve and I continue to see what a caring man he is. I am so glad I have found him because he is an excellent neurologist.
