Dr. Sallay is an exceptional surgeon, and my experience at Methodist Sports Medicine for myself and for my family has been excellent. No one wants to have to have surgery, but my recovery from each procedure (each knee and one shoulder) has been complete. The office is well run and support staff are caring, competent, and friendly. I give Dr. Sallay and his staff my highest recommendation.

This is the second time Dr. Sallay has helped me out. This time was a significant tear of the rotator cuff. Surgery went great and rehab was as smooth as possible. 3 months post op I started throwing and played softball in a national tournament 4 months post op. If I ever need anything again, I will not hesitate to go see Dr. Sallay. Thanks

I have had Dr. Sallay do an ACL, right shoulder, & left shoulder surgery for me over the last 7 or 8 years. He and the entire staff at Methodist Sports Medicine are phenomenal!!! That is why I have been to him every time!!!!

I am a law enforcement officer and in order to continue in my employment I have to be able to use my arm 100 percent. Dr. Sallay fixed my shoulder problem with surgery and I am able to return to full duty status. The alternative would have been retirement before I had planned to. The best part is that he gives you a video of the procedure and he does a voice over of every move he makes with his instrument. His nurse Sara was a pleasure to work with as well as his PA Stewart. I would recommend anyone with a shoulder problem to see Dr Sallay first or for a second opinion.

Dr. Sallay did a wonder job on my ACL repair. I am 3 weeks out, making great progress and my incision is barely noticeable. His bedside manner is great. You don’t feel rushed to ask questions. He seems very kind, calm and caring! Some doctors are just reassuring and going into surgery during Covid, I felt like I was in great hands. Methodist Sports was an excellent facility to have surgery and my overnight experience was exceptional!!
