This is my first visit with Dr. Wentz at 20/20. My former doctor of years, Dr. Frascella, moved to Lasik Plus at Keystone at the Crossing in case you're looking for lasik surgery. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Check in only took a few minutes, went smoothly and she explained why she needed the requested documents. Dr. Wentz's assistant, Lindsay, is very personable, does a thorough job and provides a calming, structured atmosphere. Dr. Wentz's took the time to review my past and present medical history. He explained the test results I had just completed and answered all my questions. He had a good side bed manner and I never felt rushed. I was afraid I might need to find a new ophthalmologist but I'll be staying with Dr. Wentz and 20/20 Physicians.
