BEAUTIFUL OFFICE FRIENDLY STAFF, FRIENDLY NURSE,VERY POLITE AND UNDERSTANDING. I BEEN GOING TO DOCTOR OFFICES SINCE 1976 AND THERE THE BEST BY FAR , DOCTOR STACEY HOLUM IS GREAT...I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANY ONE THAT HAS ANY TYPE OF THROAT OR SPEEKING PROBLEMS, OR EAR NOSE AND THROAT PROBLEMS A TRUE PIONEER AHEAD OF HER TIME....

When 3 other specialists had given up on helping me that is when I saw Dr. Halum. I have been a difficult patient to treat but she promises not to give up on me. I drive 2.5 hours each way just so I can go to the best! She is very caring, understanding, patient and really listens to your concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Halum!!!

I had a vocal cord paralyzed from a previous surgery years ago,then the other collapsed leaving me unable to breath,I ended up with a trach,she was able to laser an airway into my reamining cord to get me off the trach,I am forever grateful for her,I would recommend her in a heartbeat,I no longer have my breathing or thyroid issues dealt with locally,trip to Greenwood or Carmel for me.

She operated on me five months ago. Not even for single day after my surgery I felt good. I doubt she cared to study my problems in detail. I won't recommend her to anyone.

Doctor was good but response and courtesy from support staff was worst I've ever seen. Support staff was unreliable and relayed misinformation for which they made excuses. Did not receive correct prescriptions, did not get a phone call to schedule diagnostic testing as referred, did not receive images when I asked for them. When symptoms got worse, I was told it could take up to 4 months for improvement and no efforts were made to get me back in w doc. I won't go back.
