Dr Jacobson was prompt polite and professional with a personal touch. I say that because he took the time to listen to me about my problem shoulders. He then examined me and then reviewed with me my options. He did not talk down to me but included me in the conversation. Once I made my decision we scheduled to move on. I have had Dr Mindrabo preform several surgeries on me a was disappointed when he explained that he would be referring me to his partner. I feel very confident in Dr Jacobsons skills, knowledge and training that I am finally able to focus on recovery.

Thank you for fitting me into a busy schedule when I was in town visiting from Austin, Texas. Thanks to the knee injection, I'm back to fitness walking to improve my health. Your staff is amazing and I'm sure it is due to your leadership.
