Companionate and Highly Competent

Wasn't impressed with Dr. Nelson. She was clueless, unprofessional and rude. She didn't care about anything I had to say.

I've seen Dr. Nelson for about 5 years. Always caring!

My experience has been Dr Nelson is rude, uncaring and deemed me not worth her time as only works with patients w Lupus. Not my Fibromyalgia, my Osteoarthritis, Cutaneous Sarcoidosis, nor Chrinic inflammation.

She is such an excellent rheumatologist! Dr. Nelson is kind and always trying to help me feel better as quickly as possible. She makes me feel cared for as it isn't always easy dealing with autoimmune diseases that regular doctors don't quiet understand and she totally gets it. ❤

Would not recommend at all.

...horrible- I was in the hospital for 1 week- then brought back 2 days later septic- doctors were wondering if it was rheumatological- my own personal doctor called me twice- you can get 75 good reviews on a doctor, but that doesn’t make them God- and she is NO GOD- worst care I’ve received- she is to no longer be on any of my cases! SHAME ON YOU!!!!! 2 seconds to call and check on a patient is decent- especially when they’re septic with an autoimmune disease- SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!

I was told it would be a virtual visit and I would be contacted a week ahead for previsit and given her email that I could give her any additional information prior to the visit. None of this happened. Friday at 4 pm I was called for a previsit and the phone rang once and I immediately called back and it went to voice mail as the office was closed. My virtual visit was scheduled for 8:20 am and I still had no email or call, so I called the office and was told she would send the link and get my information herself. At 8:38 I got a phone call and was given a link which I immediately clicked on and it had both of our names my face but no sound and no video of her and 8 seconds later her name disappeared and she disconnected the visit. I again called for the 3rd time and asked what was going on and the same person that left the message Friday said I would have to reschedule. I waited 6 weeks for the virtual visit. Don't waste your time with this office. Find a different provider.

...horrible- wouldn’t refer to ANYONE-doesn’t take time to check on patient when they are extremely ill- she is trifling- I never EVER want her on my case!!!!!!!

Anyone else having issues getting through to Dr. Nelson's office? I have been trying to call several times over several days and I'm on hold at least 40 to 45 minutes before hanging up. So frustrating!
