Top notch service, friendliness, and life changing bladeless LASIK. Informative video explaining the procedure. Amazingly quick surgery. Very simple instructions during surgery. Dr. Smith was playing Zed Leppelin. Perfect. The “pain” was a 1 out of 10. Very simple instructions for aftercare. I’ve already referred people throughout social media.

Initially was referred to get LASIK at a different provider in the Indiana area however after speaking with TLC staff I was so much more impressed and comfortable with their group. First had an online consult and was schedule the next week for an in person consult and procedure the same day. Everything went as smooth as you could possibly imagine. The staff was thorough in their explanation of everything and I never felt pressured or pushed to proceed with LASIK. I felt the staff at TLC were genuinely excited to walk the LASIK journey with me. I couldn’t recommend TLC Laser Eye Centers more!

I had a great experience starting from the time I booked. I was phoned and explained everything before I arrived. Cost was affordable and many options of payment were explained to me. I did consult and procedure the same day! The staff was great from the front desk to the doctors. The next day I had 20/20 vision:)

TLC laser eye center provided the most excellent care and a great, stress free experience. Everyone was very informative leading up to the procedure, and see the same faces throughout. A great job from the staff. Moments before the procedure, you briefly meet the doctor and immediately makes you feel comfortable. He talks to you the whole way through, which helps a lot during the most uncomfortable portion of it, which is extremely short. Well worth it, happy with the results and recovery is going well. Thank you!

THANK YOU, TLC Laser Eye Centers! Thanks to the entire team for giving me the opportunity to enjoy a part of life that I never thought would be possible. I have been in glasses my entire adult life and as far back in my childhood as I can remember, and now I am FREE!! I am able to wake up in the morning, without having to reach for glasses to function around the house. All of this is possible thanks to the team at TLC Laser Eye Centers! The entire experience was first class and they made me feel so comfortable from the front of the office, all the way to the back! Being scared had kept me from Lasik for so many years, but thanks to the team, I have never felt more taken care of. Amy(at the Castle Creek Pkwy location) was so sweet, assuring, and friendly! She remembered me from my first time stepping in the door, and did everything to make me feel at ease before and after my procedure. ALL of the doctors that I encountered at this location were so professional and took time to listen to all of my concerns, and answer all of my questions...the entire page full. Dr. Frascella knew that I was nervous going into my procedure, but he talked me all the way through it. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on and this was huge for me. I felt like more than just another client getting a procedure, but more of a family member. I can say with tremendous gratitude and love, that I am now part of the TLC Laser Eye Centers family. THANK YOU for making a life experience possible for the very first time and giving me the vision I have always longed for!!! If you are reading this and are now ready to make the decision for Lasik, going to this office will make you wish you had done it sooner! I was able to pick out my first pair of sunglasses without a prescription and literally became overwhelmed with gratitude. TLC, I am eternally grateful!

Dr. Frascella and his team oversaw my Lasik surgery 2 days ago (Thursday). The team was very attentive, reassuring, and efficient! The process itself was also incredibly fast and painless, and a few days later I'm already reading at 20/20 vision and expected to improve! I would highly recommend Dr. Frascella to anyone looking for a Lasik provider :)
