Dr. Thompkins put a rod in my back to stabilize my spine. Now I might have to have surgery on my neck, and I wouldn't have any other doctor in Indiana or Illinois (Chicago) do the surgery. Having been an R.N., I think I'm a good judge of doctors and who's good. Dr Thompkins is the Best.

Waited for 1 1/2 hours before I was seen by doctor and he didn’t do anything but tell me I needed an MRI. They took X-rays and he never even discussed with me what they showed. I’m not a fan. I’ll deal with the pain until it’s unbearable. I was hoping to be proactive with my minor issues so they don’t get worse. In my opinion that’s when they would rather be proactive. We are not on the same page.

He's great as usual, straight to the point and that's what I like about him. Also I love the office staff, very friendly and they took me in sooner because I wrote down the wrong time.
