No bedside manner. Clueless, careless and lazy. Went in for testing and she ordered the wrong ones. Found out thru another doctor in the office after coming in to get the original results read and paying another co pay. New doctor in her office did the same test and sent it out. I called for my results and she told me just to come in. I asked if they were the correct tests this time and they won’t tell me. Just wants another copay. No thanks. I’ll go somewhere where they actually care about ppl.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. She left me hemorrhaging for 12 hrs that resulted in an emergency hysterectomy and a week in ICU. Helloooo, when your patient isn't even coherent and their eyes are rolling in the back of their head through delivery, I would think that might be a sign that something just might be wrong

Dr. Hess has always been a wonderful and caring dr. She has delivered my last child and did a wonderful job doing so , not to mention I had a c-section !!!! She has always listened to my conserns and answered any questions I have had . She also isn't affraid to give you any tests that might be neede to improve our health.

She is a REAL person and not a cold clinician. When you tell her about a fear she doesn't look at you like you're an idiot. How refreshing!
